A project workflow is a queue of active requests handled by your dedicated designer. Each request is worked on individually. If you need two requests worked on at the same time, simply choose a more advanced plan with two workflows and additional designers.

The turnaround time depends on the type of project. On average, we complete most design requests in 2-3 days, but more complex tasks take longer. That said, we’re always upfront and transparent about our estimated timelines and any stages that need to be reached to get there.
